BAP Search for truth and justice continues

Dear Mr. Borislav Stankovic,

As I continue to seek the truth and justice for the Basketball Association of the Philippines (BAP), I am always reminded over the way the FIBA secretariat manipulated and conspired to eliminate the BAP (FIBA member since 1936) out of FIBA family.

It is inexcusable on your part since that the BAP had been in the frontline in the battle against corruption and greediness among the top officials in the FIBA organization.

To be blunt, the people that run the FIBA Secretariat do not command any respect.  They lack dignity, at the least.

All we know here in the Philippines is that you and your cohorts conspired with the equally corrupt SBP to eliminate the BAP for marketing considerations. This was how the FIBA Asia remarked on you guys.

For this year's Yuletide season, I wish that the Holy Spirit would guide you and you would mend your crooked ways and repent.

Enjoy the Christmas holidays, and please pray hard for enlightenment. Be merry but keep in mind that I will always be out there to watch your actions regarding the Philippine basketball leadership.

The FIBA has had a great tradition but because of the racists (are Patrick Baumann and Bob Elphinston also listening?), conspirators and manipulators in your midst, the image of the basketball organization has been greatly damaged.

Attached are two previous correspondence that I sent you during the time when you and your cohorts conspired to kick the BAP out of the FIBA family in collaboration with the inutile SBP.

Letter to Mr. Stankovic on December 27, 2008……….

If there is some decency left in them, Patrick (Baumann) and Bob (Elphinston) should consider resignation from the FIBA family for their incompetence and racist attitude toward the Chinese and other Asian people.

Long before I personally beg to Baumann's compassion to lift the suspension on the BAP but was ignored without any conscience.

Letter to Mr. Stankovic on June 7, 2010………..

You used the FIBA Central Board Meeting on March 2-3, 2007 in Madrid, Spain to affirm the recognition of SBP, your equally corrupt conspirator and manipulator. The truth is your racist disciple Patrick Baumann forced the Basketball Association of the Philippines (BAP) in compromise with the SBP and come up with a BAP-SBP merger through the Bangkok Agreement signed on February 4, 2007.

As the curse continues to haunt you, Bob & Patrick, I only hope three of you will repent at the soonest time.

Otherwise, you will continue to face the wrath of basketball-loving Filipinos. How sad it will be when the day comes.
