I am Mr. Graham C. Lim, Secretary General of the Basketball Association of the Philippines (BAP), a national sport association which is recognized by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) since 1936 until in July 2005 when the BAP was suspended by self-centered racist Mr. Patrick Baumann on his personal view, just like that without proper proceeding and approval from the FIBA Central Board. This is how Baumann runs FIBA on his personal choice and act everything on his personal decision and that is final, what a man of cowardice and lack of respect for a autonomous national federation because we are Asian country, subsequently a racial discrimination which the IOC doesn't tolerate it, worse Baumann is now an IOC board member, it is really a shame to have a racist person like Baumann in the IOC board.

I am not in a proper way to file a legal proceeding against Baumann at this moment of time but what I would like to ask your kind advise and reasoning that my interest is about Patrick Baumann who dismissed me from FIBA Youth Commission without due process last May 13, 2008 as the letter stated below for your perusal:

These are my fact and comment against the FIBA decision initiated by Baumann and Bob Elphinston, president of FIBA.

1.   I am consider a member of BAP-SBP as Board of Trustee Member;

2.   I was dismissed because I am disrupting the function of BAP-SBP is ridiculous; What is the 
      charges and these were mere accusation without proper complaint or what I did was wrong;

3.   If I am disrupting the affairs of the BAP-SBP, I should have been sanctioned by my own 
      federation but there was none at all accusation;

4.   Look, the BAP has been a FIBA member since 1936, now Baumann accuses the BAP as a 
      discredit basketball federation after all it was Baumann himself destroy their own FIBA 
      family for his personal interest and greed;  

5.   Also stated the BAP is incompatible to the position within the FIBA family; How dare you 
      Baumann to use the word FIBA family while you have already destroy the family value of a 
      member since 1936. Now, what are you as a person, I would say a shady character with 
      greed and opportunist;

6.   On FIBA Asia status of mine, to review on what? I have not been charge of anything in our 
      national federation, your are really a stupid lawyer Baumann, this is purely a harassment 
      on me to favor a person in the Philippines’ national federation to gain a marketing 
      advantage for your personal satisfaction;

7.   As opportunist Baumann advised me to channel my efforts and passion to the framework of 
      the BAP-SBP, what was Baumann really suggesting to me, again a lawyer without justification
      against a person, did Baumann really know what he wants?  

8.   Until now, the inseparable tandem of Baumann and Bob Elphinston, both opportunista and 
      concern only on marketing income to gain much of personal  commission and rights, this is 
      what I call accusation and I expect that a formal accusation should be filed against me like 
      what I said;

9.   Don’t hire your lust of power and money, it is very clear both of you, Brother Patrick and 
      Uncle Bob should be charge of racial discrimination, I hate racist and I hate opportunista 
      using FIBA to gain their own personal greed; lastly ….

10. I can’t really understand my guilt or being accuse of what crime I did, but much to my belief, 
       I want to know what is my wrongdoing, and most of all, who is the accuser accusing me,
       that is my rights?

I curse both Brother Patrick and Uncle Bob to justify their means of inhuman action against a person like me, Mr. GRAHAM C. LIM. This is injustice and fairness should be served with integrity and honesty.

May God bless those who are so greed with ill intention without conscience and just to destroy the undersigned and one good neighborhood in the FIBA family like the BAP, imagine a member since 1936! 

Mr. Reeb, I report, you judge.

Dear Patrick Baumann,
 
A vivid message to you to have a little conscience in life, now the group of Manuel Pangilinan you want to recognize because of your personal greed is in your beautiful country. Now the so called snake is with him, to refresh your memory on February 4, 2007 in Thailand when you personally signed the Bangkok Agreement with your manipulation in connivance with the latter. Remember Mr. Hagop Khajirian of FIBA Asia told you that guy Noli is a snake who was with them that time but was not permitted to take part in the meeting, you were the very person who told everyone that Noli should not be part of this new federation (for me this is not a new federation but a transitory period to elect a new set of officers).
 
Now you see my friend, you are worse than a snake, you are a double talker and a double crosser. You are dealing with them because of your own personal benefit. You are not helping FIBA but using FIBA to gain your greed. Where is your self respect and you doesn't even respect your own signatory to the said Bangkok Agreement.
 
Don't you know that I am not trying to convince you to recognize the legitimate national federation in the Philippines, even the group of Honorable Congressman Luis R. Villafuerte as Chairman elect and Honorable Prospero Pichay as President elect were the truly elected officers of the BAP-SBP last June 4, 2008. You had mediated personally and take part in the Bangkok Agreement and now ignoring the truly elected officers that has put the Philippine basketball in chaos because of your dirty hand.
 
Your personal view has always been worse than ever and even you are a practicing lawyer or a practicing lawless, why? You still recognize the Pangilinan group even the transitory period is very clear as crystal that they violated the Bangkok Agreement. I want you to know why I said this.
 
Because this is what the FIBA Asia stated during my attendance in the FIBA Asia Executive Committee Meeting in Tehran, Islamic Republic of Iran last August 31, 2008, they told me because our group don't have the money to support your greed, what a shame, you even ask Zoran to represent you to interfere in the Board, I was there in Tehran to meet you personally, what a shame the FIBA Asia members where saying about your savage intention, pure greed, money, money, money… Wow.
 
I will always tell the world what you are, a being a member of the RACIST INTERNATIONAL.
 
Your marketing is lousy and filthy but you don't really deserve the respect and WE will not tolerate racial discrimination in FIBA and inform all the sport company dealing with your greed.
 
The Japanese hate your style interfering is their affairs, the Japanese company you deal in marketing was your priority greed and I will soon tell to the whole world how you manage to sway your interest and the privilege for your own greed, you really doesn't deserve the position in FIBA.
 
Look at NBA, when a family is in trouble, they help each other and try to solve the problem as quickly as possible in a day or two, and remember racist is not welcome such like you and Bob Elphinston alike. Don't use NBA to promote your personal interest and greed, this is what the European and American are saying against your greed and I will make sure that all the NBA players and officials should know what kind of a person you really are.
  
You should have take care the Basketball Association of the Philippines (BAP)  which you personally suspended in July 2005 which the BAP has been a member of FIBA since 1936 and you try to destroy it by your own way and drag it for more than two years until you may find somebody be interest of your greed. Remember Dato' Yeoh Choo Hock told you during the signing of Bangkok Agreement last year! You will be the first FIBA official to kick out a family member of FIBA and that is the truth to "reality show". It was a shameful act of cowardice. You play around with people destiny and that conscience of yours will never just fade away, it will always hunt your conscience in life as long as you are there in FIBA Secretariat. Better RESIGN now.
 
Dr. Carl Ching several time told me very frankly, said "if I am a European or American, then Patrick don't dare to touch you". It's true and it really amazed me the content of your personal character, GREED as greed you will always be! You even treated discriminately the former FIBA President from Africa.
 
I am now working in the different National Sports Associations which are members of our Olympic Council. While in the BAP-SBP, I don't need to have a position just to make you greatly disappointment. I am the Sports Director of the City Government of Manila, with great respect from the Filipinos toward me and continue promoting basketball in the Philippines and other part of Asia, I will continued exposing your greed, sooner you will be surprise of what I will reveal.
 
I am a family man, I feed my family with vitamins in good faith, good conscience, good attitude, and good principle in life and most of all, be a simple living without greed.
 
I was harassed several times with deportation, threaten and intimidate my life, try to kidnap me and my family, ransacked my house, put me in prison, media black propaganda, manipulating my work but still I stand strong in my spirit of hope and faith in God remains in my heart.
