Dear Patrick Baumann, (FIBA secretary general)

Time has come that I will only concentrate on the subject of your racial discrimination and verbal abuse you had heaped on my person. You had manipulated my life so much that now I am compelled to deal with you personally.

Firstly, you had humiliated me publicly. Secondly, you had mistreated me and verbally abused me for being a Chinese. And you had accused the Chinese of wanting to control sports not only in the Philippines but in entire Asia which has no basis in fact. Lastly, you caused a national federation (Basketball Association of the Philippines), a FIBA Member of long standing even before you were born (more than 70 years) to be kicked out the FIBA family.  It was of no consequence to you that BAP had produced a two-term FIBA President in the person of Mr. Gonzalo Puyat.

Perhaps, you are happy now that I am no longer elected officer of the Basketball Association of the Philippines -Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (BAP-SBP) which recently held an election last June 4, 2008 at Century Park Hotel. Honorable Congressman Luis R. Villafuerte was elected BAP-SBP Chairman while Honorable Prospero A. Pichay Jr., as President.

I didn't even want to get elected as one of the members of BAP-SBP Board of Trustees. I just want to show you I don't seek power.

Be forewarned your racist comment against the Chinese will reach the ears of high ranking sports officials. Beijing Olympic Games is near and I will be there to raise the racial discrimination issue. You had verbally abused us as Chinese, especially the undersigned who is living peacefully in the Philippines.

I would like to inform you also that I have asked my legal counsel to prepare and file a criminal complaint against you for your racial slur against me in public with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) through its president Mr. Jacques Rogge, and the United Nations Commission on Human Rights. I will continue to move for your removal from FIBA as Secretary General. I believe you are not fit for that position. (By the way, why is FIBA no longer in charge of Marketing in Europe? What happened in 2000-2001 regarding the marketing loss which was not even reported to all concern members of FIBA)!

Bear in mind that you had me dismissed from the FIBA Youth Commission out of revenge or reprisal to silence me.

You must remember, I have a lot of information gathered from reliable sources. You can't hide and I will make sure from now on, I will deal with you personally up to the end.

My friend, take good care of your health and be ready to face me in Beijing. See you then.
